SENSECO COST Action Summer School

Last week, Martin Schlerf and Miriam Machwitz joined the summer school “EO-SENSE” as trainers in the framework of the COST Action SENSECO. Lectures and practical students’ projects covered the following topics: Scaling, time series analysis, stress detection with sensors from different spectral domains (thermal infrared, hyperspectral, fluorescence) and uncertainty analysis. Martin gave a lecture on the analysis of thermal data for drought stress detection and Miriam presented and supervised a students’ project on disease detection in viticulture using hyperspectral and thermal data.
